Selamat Datang 2011....Alhamdulillah dengan 2010

Hari nei cuti free !!! kehkehkeh.....walaupun cuti free kali nei rasa yer macam lebih kepada gimmick politic dan sports achievement , tapi kira okk lar......aku rasa kalau team squah ker or basikal ker menang, tak der cuti cuti free neh ...hehehehe.....dan aku pun rasa nak pergi kerja kalau tetibe announced esok cuti free sebab peserta lawn bowl negara menang 5 emas di world cup lawn bowl....

..tapi walaupun AFF Suzuki Cup masa ala ala Mickey Mouse Cup tapi sekurang kurangnya bolasepak kita i on the ascendancy dan penghargaan dari kerajaan akan tentu mengembalikan fokus sukan negara balik semula ke bolasepak......aku yakin lepas nei bebudak yang minat sukan akan start pergi padang main bola instead of pergi mancing or main futsal or gei cybercafe...manusia suka associate diri dengan yang berjaya so kejayaan malaysia ini akan menyebabkan akan timbul satu kelompok budak budak yang akan align diri depa dengan sesuatu yang berjaya....

well...what a way for malaysia to finish 2010...menang AFF Cup dan lepas tuh dapat cuti free....kehkehkeh....agak yer macam mana lah bernanah telinga orang Indonesia bila dengar Malaysia declared public holiday...ahaks ahaks ahaks...ada kot yang fanatik bongok pergi simbar cat kat rumah si firman tuh.....kehkehkeh...

....I sincerely hope that 2011 will be a good year for everybody......ramai pemerhati akan melihat 2010 sebagai tahun natural disaster dominating the news dari gempa bumi ke gunung berapi yang telah menyebabkan casualties mencapai angka 350,000 kematian dari Chile hingga lah ke Haiti....banjir ke snowstorm dand tsunami ke gunung berapi di indonesia dan europe....

..aku reckon 2011 adalah tahun yang lebih frantic dan aku reckon 2011 akan bermula musuh dunia berubah dari Terrorist kepada NuclearPower owners dan tahun yang akan menyaksikan Rusia dan China establish themselves as superpower and probably a proxy war will be staged in the Korean soil, in Somalia or Sudan and perhaps Venezuela........

....apa sekalipun, tiada tahun , abad atau dekad yang tidak bergelora dan perhaps gelora itulah menjadi kehidupan ini anugerah yang tiada terhingga....

..marilah kita terus berdoa agar kita selalu dilindungi dari kedatangan bala dan malapetaka semoga penghujung kehidupan kita adalah hari hari terbaik dalam hidup kita, insyaallah...

..all the best to everybody dan walaupun jarak jumpa halolanders kat sini namun kelian selalu dihati ku and who knows.....one fine day, kita boleh ngintu ngintu balik macam those great old days ...kehkehkeh....

Malaysia Champion!!!!!!!!!!!!

...fuhhhh......lega !! memang betul betul punya lega....perasaan gembira lebih masa the 1st leg tapi kali ini perasaan itu lega dan bersyukur that we managed to win the championship...alhamdulillah....

....despite losing the game 1-2 , Malaysia were always in control and never seemed to lose focus of the their game plan that was to defense and defense....they did so well though at one time , when the penalty was awarded, I was a bit worried that Malaysia will falter under pressure....but syukur!!! we have a goalkeeper that is so good that I believe he is going to be as good as our former greats like Arumugam, Rashid Hassan, Ong Yu Tiang and Chow Chee Keong....

..at this point of writing, my mind is still very much playing back that goal scored by Safee because that goal remind me so much of what Mokhtar Dahari did during his heyday....taking the ball in his stride and hitting the ball so hard that even if the goalkeeper saw the ball coming, it was impossible to make a save because the sheer power of the kick.....

...we were also a bit lucky because Indonesia players were very nervous and making so many unforced errors that gave confidence to the Malaysia team and Malaysia in the other hand was very clear with their intention to keep the ball away from the danger zone....

well done Malaysia and thank you for giving back that feeling of pride and joy back after for so long we are the minnows of this region....thank you too to the TV producer for showing those pretty indonesian gals over and over again...ahaks ahaks ahaks...ngencess tuh!!....

perhaps one bitter moment was when the MVP was announced and given to the Indonesian captain when i thought Safee or Khairul Fahmi , our goalkeeper would be a more deserving choice....

I hope that Rajagopal will maintain the backbone of the team and we probably need a rightback, a stronger ball winner to compliment to team to reach greater height....

probably the full cycle has completed, the time has now arrived for Malaysia to again dominate the Asian football and probably qualify to Olympics and even the World Cup Final....if both safee and norsiaful able to avoid serious injury, I believe both players will develop into World together with Khairul , Muslim, Fadzil, Amar, Asra, Gunalan has the potential to become world class players ....

.....however, more often than not, the Malaysian team become a letdown once you put your trust into them........still we are probably 2 years behind the like of japan , korea or iran and 5 years behind the like of england , spain , ghana or brazil but i believe if we continue to improve and keep the winning habit, we can achieve this target of going into major international tournament..

thank you Malaysian team for a fantastic performance....it has been a long while but the wait has been really worthwhile...

Tsunami Di Bukit Jalil - Part 2

Salam,

wokeh...sambung balik untuk analyse the what to do and what not to do in the 2nd leg...

1) I suspect that Indonesia will try to use both flank with their left and right back doing overlapping run more often in order to break the' A Famosa fortress' the Malaysian team will build to defend the Malaysian

2) I suspect that Indonesia will work their set-piece to put someone close to Mahali ( the Malaysian right back who seems suspect in the air....their will isolate mahali and put someone good in the air to outjump Mahali)

3) I suspect that Indonesia will use Gonzales more as a decoy to pull the Malaysia centreback away from the heart of the defense therefore allowing the midfielders to make surging run without being check by the defenders

4) I suspect Indonesia will play fast tempo football and the senayan pitch is perfect for their brand of football that may force the malaysian player to concede a lot of freekicks or even penalty

5) I suspect that Indonesia will ignore the counter attacking force of the malaysian team by defending high up the pitch ....

6) i suspect Indonesia will try long distance shot especially in the 2nd half more so if they are still chasing the game

what Malaysia should do

1) Do not try to play pretty football in the beginning 10 to 15 minutes , just whack the ball out and try to slow down the game at any opportunity.....play the ball along the line and do not try to play blind passes or low probability ball or loose possession at the middle of the park.

2) Let Mahali to take corner klicks instead of Safiq because Mahali has a fantastic passing ability and that was evident during the malaysia's 3rd goal during the 1st leg...try to use Safee as a decoy and instead look for Fadzil or Muslim back post during the corner set-piece routine.

3) Play Amri Yahya on the right and only bring in Azhari in the 2nd half....Amri has the ability to hold the ball and to make right passing decision that will allow safee and Norsaiful the time to position themselves to receive the ball rather than always chasing shadows..

4) need to tell the malaysian player not to raise their head/chin when kicking the ball especially whilest making goal attempt....

5) Need to tell Norsaiful to release the ball early because the Indonesian player tend to crowd around him and therefore opening space for the other malaysian players to position themselves for a through ball from norsaiful

6) Tell the malaysia midfielder especially Akma to move his body ( fake or shoulder drop) when receiving the ball because at this level, a rigid position when receiving the ball will allow the opponent to close down fast....main tarik tarik tak pakai dah at this level

7) since I suspect that Indonesia will use their both flank back to make alot of overlapping run, so it is good for the two strikers to move to either flank in anticipating a pass during an indonesian attack.

Tsunami di Bukit Jalil

Assalamualaikum

...kehkehkeh....tsunami gol membenam Indonesia di Bukit Jalil....one of those nights when every thing went well for Malaysia....the referee even stopped the match for 6 minutes when Indonesia were actually threatening to take full control of the game....

...though i have been a staunch critics on the Malaysian team, I have to say that it was a fantastic performance except for a few nervous minutes at the beginning of the game...

...but wait!! the trophy have yet been won by Malaysia and lest not forget that Malaysia were soundly beaten 5-1 by the same Indonesian team some two weeks ago...I don't think Indonesia will simply give away the cup to Malaysia and expect a tough 2nd league at the Senayan stadium...

3 goal advantage appears sufficient on paper but 90 minutes of football is totally different situation altogether especially if the Indonesia get an early goal.....

I will elaborate further on tactical issue tomorrow but for now let us just enjoy the joy of victory....it has been a long while since such a pride and joy associated with Malaysian national team but last night was a pure class performance......

the young Malaysian players really played over and above their ability and the maturing of some the youngsters were really amazing especially the back four and the goalkeeper....there are still evidents of weaknesses all over the Malaysian team but it is forgivable given their inexperience....in Rajagopal, we have a good tactician , a coach that able to design game plan to suit the strength and weaknesses of the opposition and he seems able to get the players to rose to the occasions.....

...what i like most about the Malaysian performance were their discipline in maintaining the shape of the team and hardly they crumble other pressure because each player stick to their task very well.....their 1st touch was superb and decision making were quite brilliant....but lest not forget that Indonesia were not playing that well too though i thought that Indonesia did not play that well too against Phillipines during the semi-final so probably the Indonesian peak too early in this tournament...

....Indonesia were also unlucky and had that goal by Gonzales given by the match official, the outcome could be very different......

..similarly it will be tough for Indonesia to make a comeback because they need to go on the offensive at the same time they have to be cautious of the malaysian impressive striking force and the speedy flank players that could rip indonesia apart on counter attack....so the Indonesian must be wondering how to approach the game without compromising their defense whilst needing to go all out to overcome a 3 goal deficit...we need to reminded that the Senayan pitch is a much more playable than Bukit Jalil and this will suit the Indonesian stylish way of playing football...if they could get their momentum going early, it is going to be one hell of a night for Malaysia....one advantage for malaysia though is that the indonesian stikers are not goal poachers and they need four to five chances to convert one and if Malaysia could reduce the number of goal attempts by the Indonesia, very likely the Indonesia will be struggling to get one goal let alone 3...

Salam Jumaat dan maaf zahir dan batin.....

2 minggu lagi ke tahun baru 2011.....a year less in life and a year more to hope and aspirations....will it be another year that passes by or a year of reckoning or perhaps a year that spell the end of life .....the prospect is exciting and frightening but one could afford to say NO to the joy, despair or eventuality..

a new year means differently for someone living his life in prison against someone living life in the fast lane....the coming new year means a lot more if we know something new is in store i.e. getting married, going for Haj, major examination in store or moving to a new house or going to a new job......

apa apa pun, we will always wish 'Happy New Year' even though the coming year is a bleak prospect....new year in Chile may not be as happy as a coming of a new year is a bubbly place like Dubai or Doha.....

....most importantly, have we learnt enough this year for us to prepare for the coming year ? have we prepared ourselves to the many possible outcomes of the coming year ?....

...one thing about life that is so mind boggling is that no matter how much you prepare for the future, the future never let you know the outcomes...the only real about future is hope and the reality is we don't even know what will happen tomorrow let alone 3 months from now...yesterday was real and today is what matter most......di sini lah untungnya kita orang Islam kerana kita yakin dengan iman bahawa whatever happens tomorrow telah ditentukan dari azali dan di sini untungnya kita orang Islam kerana sekiranya esok bermakna kematian ianya bermakna permulaan kepada satu lagi kehidupan mutlak....

..maka sebagai seorang muslim, kita mampu prepare for the new year kerana kita always prepare for the eventuality iaitu kematian....preparing for the eventuality is the best preparation for any new year.....kita 'mungkin' akan kahwin next year or 'mungkin' akan naik haji next year tetapi apa yang 'pasti' ialah kita akan mati.....bagi orang Islam, death is a motivational factor to live life ....mengingatkan kematian adalah satu desakan dalam diri yang bisa menggegarkan semua urat urat saraf dan pembuluh darah dalam badan.....apabila kita mendahulukan akhirat, maka dunia akan mengikut.....bermakna apabila akhirat adalah 'goal' bermakna dunia akan menjadi mudah untuk kita....dan memang kematian adalah 'goal' kita semua tetapi kita selalu diganggu oleh dunia sebab 'goal' di dunia kita nampak.......

...lets sit down and list down where we are now in terms of our readiness to go into kematian in 2011....ermmmm menakutkan ekkkk...........well, takut itulah namanya taqwa.....lagi besar takut kita bermakna lagi bersedia kita untuk hidup dalam tahun 2011.....kerana tiada siapa yang berani mati sekiranya dia sedar bahawa kehidupan ini adalah rehearsal kematian...yang penting jangan kita sudah mati dalam kehidupan ini....hidupkan kehidupan kita kerana tiada yang tentu dalam hidup ini melainkan datangnya kematian.....

wokeh....berusaha dan berdoa kepada Allah swt banyak banyak kerana hanya Allah swt yang tahu apa yang akan berlaku pada kita pada tahun 2011....berusaha itu kerja akal dan berserah itu kerja iman.....maka akal dan iman yang seimbang adalah objektif kehidupan....

lama yer tak hapdet ekk

Assalamualaikum..

..memang lama betul rasanya tak update blog tapi keadaan tidak mengizinkan and perhaps kesihatan pun tak menggalakkan juga untuk menjana ilham ilham yang boleh dijadikan bahan bacaan...

..banyak perkara berlaku since my last entry but i don't think i have the energy to touch the many issues...mungkin pembocoran file rahsia adalah sesuatu yang hangat diperbincangkan tetapi i reckon it is still too early to understand the 'real' reason for the highly confidential documents were allowed to be leaked...

apa apa pun , Awal Muharram sudah disambut dan semoga tahun baru yang akan datang ini akan menjadi tahun yang lebih berjaya untuk kita semua...tahun baru masihi pun akan menjelang dan sememangnya kedatangan tahun baru menjanjikan harapan dan tekad baru dalam hidup....semoga berjaya bagi mereka yang akan melalui 'hijrah'....

...Rabu ini Malaysia lawan Vietnam dalam semi-final Suzuki Cup dan rasanya kalau Malaysia just play their normal game, they should be able to beat Vietnam and book their place in the final....

...kenduri kahwin pun banyak jugak masa cuti sekolah ini dan jenuh jugak nak menghadiri semua majlis and naturally ada jugak majlis yang terpaksa dibiarkan begitu....
